What "full-service" actually looks like

Full-service means we can trace the entire electrical system, from the utility drop and the meter through the main service, the panel, every branch circuit, every device, and out to whatever piece of equipment is at the end of the wire. It means we own diagnostic tools most homeowners never see: clamp meters, thermal cameras for hot lugs, insulation testers, permanent-magnet DC clamps for EV load verification, and megohmmeters when we suspect a compromised buried feeder. And it means our office keeps records of every job — model numbers, panel photos, permit numbers — so that when you call us two years later, we already know what we installed and where.

Residential focus areas

On the residential side, our most common projects are 200-amp service upgrades (usually replacing a 100- or 125-amp panel that has run out of space for modern loads), Level-2 EV charger installs for Tesla, Ford, Rivian, and any J1772-based vehicle, whole-home standby generators from Generac, kitchen and basement remodel rewires, exterior lighting for driveways and yards, and the never-ending stream of dead-outlet and mystery-breaker service calls. We also do a lot of aluminum branch-circuit remediation using AlumiConn connectors, and knob-and-tube replacement in older Erie neighborhoods where the original wiring is finally giving up.

Commercial focus areas

Our commercial work skews toward smaller footprints where an owner needs a single reliable electrical partner rather than an out-of-town contractor with a project manager who never visits. Restaurant kitchen fit-outs (dedicated 208V circuits for equipment, GFCI-protected outlets in wet areas, hood and make-up-air controls). Small-office tenant improvements. What we ask you before we start

The single best thing you can do before we quote a project is send us photos: the existing panel with the cover removed, the meter, the room the work will happen in, and the panel directory if there is one. It's astonishing how much scope we can lock down from three good phone photos.
